We were given a senior dog owned by previous people, and this was his primary vet so we continued to make the trip from Salina to Abilene for him. Dr. Crandall was his primary vet and she is such an awesome person. She treats your pets like they’re her own. We recently had to put our old man down as he was recently diagnosed with cancer and in a lot of pain. She was there to make sure we had an easy time to process everything and to make sure everything was painless for our Bruno. A kind soul and very great vet. Thanks for all you do! First time going here was today 4/28. Tierney(not sure of the spelling) did an amazing job on low lights and hair cut for me. This salon is absolutely amazing and beautiful on the inside!!!! Everything was going great until checkout. My paperwork did not include the doctor's note for my employer. We waited 10min., then we were told the staff had gone to lunch. We waited an hour. Now it's been another 25 minutes. Moral of my story, if you need a doctor's note, don't leave the checkout window until you've got it.
