As far as i can tell, there all about getting you feeling better quick adjustments to get you back on your feet. There is a message side as well i would recommend the 1hr service

You can call me a rice crispy cause I do a lot of snapping, crackling, and popping. In the rare instances that my bones and muscles tense up, so much so that I cannot easily S,C, and P, I go here for manual adjustments. My visits are pretty quick and delightfully affordable; 30 or less mins, for about 45$. I've only got 2 appointments under my belt, but no complaints so far!
