Heartland Health Care Clinic is known for its friendly and helpful staff who provide excellent service. Patients appreciate the thoroughness and knowledge of the doctors, including Dr. Ziegler and Dr. Maci Hicks. The team works well together, addressing all concerns and ensuring patients feel confident in their care. Many feel fortunate to have such a dedicated clinic close to home.
Highly recommend seeing Erika (spelling?) at the clinic! Every time I’ve seen her, I was met with compassion, patience, understanding, and laughter. She is always willing to listen to my concerns and talks me through different treatment options that work for me. I’ve never felt rushed or unheard after leaving, which is important for any person receiving care. Plus, she’s funny and always gives me a good laugh. I always recommend her to anyone that I talk to about the clinic! Great job, great provider!!!
Everything was going great until checkout. My paperwork did not include the doctor's note for my employer. We waited 10min., then we were told the staff had gone to lunch. We waited an hour. Now it's been another 25 minutes. Moral of my story, if you need a doctor's note, don't leave the checkout window until you've got it.
I saw nurse practitioner Todd at the walk in clinic. I felt like he really listened to me and helped me more than any health care provider has here in Kansas. I highly recommend him and the walk in clinic. Thank you so much!
