Staff is always helpful, explains everything so well, and generally cares. Doctors take their time and I’ve never felt rushed; from a simple check up, to putting our fur baby down. Always thoughtful.

This service was a dental, and I must admit, I haven’t been the best pet owner when it came to this service. No guilt trip and thorough conversation about on-going maintenance after cleaning. Quoted almost $900, came in at $500. I was surprised, and just reminder that they really care about what is best for both fur baby and owner.

We have the monthly membership and absolutely worth it as yearly vaccines alone make the service a good value. Free clinic visits and discounts on other services, extra perk.

“We had a great experience with the therapist team who helped my senior dog with arthritis get rid of her limping and build up her strength. My dog is a chihuahua who naturally is very hesitant with new people but her therapists were extremely patient with her and made her feel so comfortable. I always trusted leaving her with them because you can tell they really love what they do. The doctor is also extremely knowledgeable and passionate.“
