Indy Pet Core is a veterinary rehabilitation center in Whitestown, Indiana, dedicated to helping pets heal, strengthen, exercise, and train. Kaylee Pennington and Dr, Cantrell were absolutely amazing with our Rottweiler puppy Solomon. We initially went to see them for rehab on his elbow from surgery at Purdue and he saw the best outcome with full recovery. When he broke his femur, they helped from diagnosis to the FHO surgery and his full rehab recovery. They answered all our questions, searched for underlying conditions with the unlikely circumstances of 2 injuries and showed how much they cared about us and our pup. My appointment with Indy Pet CORE started with a basic muscular/injury exam of my Aussie who had FHO surgery two weeks prior. Dr. Cantrell got on the floor with Murphy to help him feel more comfortable. I got a thorough run down of his 'status', all of my questions were answered. The next step was a run down of the therapy plan that was put together. We discussed what would happen in therapy and what I was to do at home to facilitate a quicker, better recovery. Murphy is on his 5th appointment and Kaylee is a miracle worker. She able to get my dog, who is terrified of water, comfortable with water therapy by session two.
