“Over two weeks we had two different techs from Kight come out to guide us through firing up and operating a truly enormous gas boiler for a fairly complex steam heat system. James (the first tech) did a great job of getting things up and running and looking at typical problem areas and promptly scheduled a follow up with Aaron to give a more thorough overview of the entire system and ensure things were running smoothly. Both were right on-time in the service window, performed their work professionally and thoroughly, and answered all of our questions about a system we were unfamiliar with. We've used several big name service providers in town and never have I been so pleased as with the service we received from Kight. Pricing was extremely reasonable and scheduling with Brittany was quick and easy. Not a lot of places in town will work on a boiler and even fewer are competent. Kight will be our first and only call for all HVAC needs going forward.“

“We called P&K Plumbing when our battery backup sump pump kept alarming even after we checked all the suggested problems (e.g, fuses, battery, etc.) Hayden came to the house a couple of hours after we originally called (same day!) and did a thorough check of the whole pump system. Finding no obvious problem, Hayden discussed with us that our pump was ten years old and may be close to needing replacement but there was NO PRESSURE to sell us anything. We asked for an estimate and how soon we might get an appointment to install a new pump, he said he could do it that very day! We were thrilled to have resolved the issue all in one visit and will not hesitate to call them again!“

Other businesses had quoted work that were hundreds of dollars more than what we were expecting (and snuck in unnecessary, extraneous work). We were referred to Root'n Toot'n and Dave fit us in in less than 24 hours. He was incredibly professional and his scope assessment and price was honest and reasonable. He completed the work expeditiously, thoroughly inspected his work, and did a great job of cleaning up afterward. After a month, his work has held up beautifully. We will never use another plumber and we'll happily recommend Root'n Toot'n to our friends and family!
