“Starting with my first call, the woman who took my information was helpful and kind. Just as she stated, Mike came to our home on our schedule ( I didn’t have to take off early from work ) and evaluated our furnace and A/C to provide us a free quote. And as he stated, our quote was presented to us in 2 days. Mike also was able to answer ALL questions and provide a nice list of options. After we determined what equipment we were interested in, he then provided us with options for cash payment or financing. Mike was very easy to work with.
