Starting with my first call, the woman who took my information was helpful and kind. Just as she stated, Mike came to our home on our schedule ( I didn’t have to take off early from work ) and evaluated our furnace and A/C to provide us a free quote. And as he stated, our quote was presented to us in 2 days. Mike also was able to answer ALL questions and provide a nice list of options. After we determined what equipment we were interested in, he then provided us with options for cash payment or financing. Mike was very easy to work with. Once we agreed on a purchase, his team was again able to work with us on the days that worked best for install. The crew showed up on time (both days) and also, answered all questions before they left. Their reputation shined through and we couldn’t be more pleased. Highly recommend! Randy and Holly are lovely to work with. They both know their stuff, are professional, reasonably priced, and always quick to reply to emails or texts. I needed several trees removed and will have the Towes back to plant new ones. They can handle the big jobs but will also take care of the smaller jobs. I’m happy to have found them!

Excellent experience purchasing a new geo thermal system. The office staff took the time to discuss different financing options as well as address any questions and concerns we had. Considering the drilling & installation of the system in our home the process was quick. The technicians were very polite and professional. The customer service received after the sale has also been great! We are very happy that we went with geo thermal, we are already seeing a big difference in our utility bill!
