Called as soon as they opened, requesting an appointment for that same day. The gentleman arrived earlier than expected, and quickly fixed the problem. I’ll definitely use this company again.

We had both of our original bathrooms remodeled recently & Eckel did all the plumbing work. Everyone that came was very professional, knowledgeable, courteous called to tell us when to expect them. We also had a sump pump that the battery alarm went off some time ago that we never addressed, so we asked them to check the battery. They replaced the battery and tried every option to fix the older pump, but ultimately we had to replace it. We really appreciate that they tried to save it. Having moved a lot and had many homes with many plumbers, I am so happy to be here and have such a reliable company for my plumbing needs!
