JDX Home Inspections

Jul 2026

James is extremely genuine, thorough, and knowledgeable. I have had the pleasure of knowing him for over 10 years, and he has always been this way.
Our home inspection was done with excellence, and at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend him (and have been recommending him) for anyone that needs a home inspection done.

I bought my first home and was recommended JDX due to how thorough james is with his inspections. Once james was done with the inspection he took the time to go through my entire house with me explaining everything he checked. The builder of my house even told me he couldnt believe how thorough he was. Highly recommend using James with JDX

I had an excellent experience with my home inspection with James and couldn’t recommend him more highly! He was incredibly kind, patient, and took the time to walk me through every part of the inspection in a way that was easy to understand. His thoroughness really stood out. He didn’t miss a thing and made sure I was fully informed about the condition of the home.

He answered all of my questions honestly and gave thoughtful insights and suggestions on how to repair things and what was truly a concern and important. As someone making a big decision, that level of care and professionalism meant everything.
