I had an excellent experience with my home inspection with James and couldn’t recommend him more highly! He was incredibly kind, patient, and took the time to walk me through every part of the inspection in a way that was easy to understand. His thoroughness really stood out. He didn’t miss a thing and made sure I was fully informed about the condition of the home.

I CANNOT RECOMMEND JAMES MORE!
I had the pleasure of meeting James at a home inspection for my son in Valparaiso 2 years ago. The home had an unexpected pipe burst of which caused a flood in the home on the scheduled day of the inspection. To my surprise, James still conducted his inspection, taking care to spend extra time talking with my son and the homeowner about the steps needed to remedy the problem. His careful and thorough inspection lead to a successful home sale and peace of mind for my son.

We searched, read through reviews, and spoke with several inspection agencies and ultimately decided on hiring James with JDX Home Inspections. He offered a fair price and delivered a detailed thorough inspection. We were very impressed with some of the details he noticed after walking us through, and he made sure we understood every complicated detail he noted and even offered his professional expertise with any follow-up questions that may arise as we complete this home-buying process. We hopefully never need another home inspection, but if we did, we wouldn’t hesitate to hire JDX Home Inspections again. We highly recommend his services!
