I requested a home inspection to be done on short notice on a Saturday, and Jim was able to accommodate.He told me to meet him at 10am at the property to go over his findings and for a walk through. He was very systematic in walking me around the exterior and interior, and pointed out his findings and/or concerns. One thing I really appreciated was how he acted impartial and maintained objectivity throughout the walk through. This was evident in how I nor the seller were there for the actual inspection- this proves his inspection was truly independent and I understand why he chooses to take that approach to prevent bad optics. Just had a home inspection done in Porter County. Jim was very polite and professional throughout the whole process. The inspection includes everything you could need which is great considering the price was better than other inspection companies. Jim walked me through the home and was extremely thorough in explaining everything that he found. He was very helpful in answering any questions, and the written report was detailed with pictures and easy to follow. Would definitely recommend!

Jim scheduled our inspection quickly and was very thorough in our walk through. He was knowledgeable and made good suggestions on self-correcting a few items. Jim’s report was received same day and was thorough. I will recommend using this inspection service to other people I know who need a home inspection.
