I have used Keene Home Inspection twice. I used his services for completing home inspections before purchasing a home. Both times the homes were outside the immediate Valporaiso area but he was willing to travel and help me with my home inspection needs. The inspections were thorough and brought to light potentially hazardous and/or expensive needed repairs. Needless to say I am so grateful for his expertise and candid conversations pertaining to his findings. His inspection process has allowed me to negotiate with sellers to protect my best interests and investment dollars. His inspections uncovered issues that other home inspections overlooked. Keene Home inspection was amazing! We needed a quick last minute inspection because our other inspector Robert James felt we weren’t important enough to show up to our appointment.
