I am amazed at how bad of quality of work I’ve seen from a company that’s supposed to be the best in the area. Between living units not fixed supposedly fixed. System is not running correctly parts not installed correctly and the worst part about it. Tools from others on job sites they becoming missing after you guys picked them up And put them in their toolbox. And this is coming from another heating and air and electrical contractor not just some homeowner Joe blow. Hopefully y’all will become what y’all used to be a really good company that takes pride in their work and does it the right way!!

I used these guys for a job and they followed no safety protocols. I had to find out from my company’s EH&S. Scary situation, totally irresponsible on their part.

Their admin is also extremely poor. Tons of billing errors, quick to get angry when we point out their mistakes. They treat their customers like they hate them. Pretty soon they won’t have to worry about billing us for anything.

Sycamore Engineering has done a TON of plumbing work for the company I’m associated with. They do GREAT work! Tried contracting multiple other companies to do work, and they never seemed to have a “resolution”.
