“After moving back to Indiana a few years ago, one of our dogs cracked a tooth which led to us scrambling to find a vet.

Janssen was the only non-emergency vet that made an effort to work us into their schedule and take care of our beautiful girl, Indy. They became our family vet from that day forward for both of our dogs.

Over the last month, we had a lot of ups and downs with our other pup, Echo. They made time to see him same-day on several occasions. Without going into too much detail, the issue at hand was something that we could not fix and we had to make a tough decision.

Dr. Jake was compassionate when discussing options and giving advice in one of the hardest moments we have faced. Yesterday, our sweet boy went to sleep for the last time. They were patient in that moment and gave us the time we needed to say goodbye.

We will be forever grateful to Janssen and we are so happy that we found them.“
