I’m so grateful to Janssen Veterinary Clinic and Dr. Rice for the wonderful care they gave my cat, Duchess. She is terrified of going to the vet and can get very spicy when she’s scared, but the entire team was patient, compassionate, and understanding. They made her feel as comfortable as possible and treated her with kindness, even when she was combative. In one day, Duchess had blood drawn, a dental cleaning, several teeth extracted, a full checkup, and her vaccines. All of the staff were very kind, helpful, and professional. Dr. Jake did an amazing job with Loki's lameness exam. This has been a subtle lameness that has been intermittent for over a year. Dr. Jake took the time to do a thorough examination and assessment. I never felt rushed and he answered all of my questions. We ruled out several possible issues and developed a treatment plan. Janssen Vet Clinic is 2.5 hours from me, but well worth the drive and I will bring Loki back here in the future! I highly recommend Dr. Jake!
Dr. Miller took wonderful care of my horse York. She answered all my questions and gave me several options for treatment plans. We love coming to our appointments. I always walk away knowing more about my horse’s health and how to best kept him comfortable in his job.
