“Compassionate nurses care for those whose health conditions depend on regular infusions to get back toward a “normal.” The facility is designed well - entertained at a door near the service you need, meticulously cleaned and a few vending machines to get you through. Plenty of parking and beautifully landscaped.“

“First appointment- thumb not working so a referral from fam doc.
Arrived at 355 for 4 pm appt. Filled out paperwork and answered 6 million questions by most friendly, fun intake lady. Sent to x-ray. 3 or 4 xrays of hand / thumb area. Sent across the way to doctor waiting room. Inside the office, nurse asks 7 million Different questions (ugh #NewPatientsSUCK). Dr comes in, shows me xrays, tells me plan, answers my 47 questions, and fixes me right there right then!!!! Painless injections in joint knuckle w plenty of super fast numbing first. Left at 430!!!! 35 minutes from start to finish, paid, diagnosed, and repaired in half an hour!!!!
Dr Eddy, and this office, is the most impressive medical team I have found since moving here 4 years ago!!!!

“Front desk staff is unfriendly, inattentive, and unhelpful. I asked her questions, and she would just ignore me. She never looked at me and seemed annoyed when I asked her to repeat herself because of how she mumbled every question. After checking in on a kiosk, you'll be told to have a seat. Then they'll call you up to the desk to check in again with the unfriendly receptionist. What a messed up system!

UPDATE: Front desk staff interactions have improved greatly. Some of the technicians aren't too friendly, but overall I'd say service has improved greatly since my original review.“

“I’ve been seeing Dr. Kollipara since 2016. I was suffering with an illness that hasn’t been diagnosed yet. She has been very patient, caring and understanding. She worked all through Covid. When I had to go to the hospital, she was there, handling my care herself. I think she’s great!“

“NP Emeri Kinnamon was my provider yesterday and she was by far, one of the best providers I’ve seen at a walk in/urgent care for a long time. She actually took my concerns and (illness? ? ulcers?) very very seriously. She gave me not only healing care but future care and what to do if this happens again. She even went the extra mile and ordered labs. She gave me 2 topical steroids just to make sure she covered everything and to top it off, she gave me a liquid one to take after my condition was cleared just as a preventative. She also took the time, on a Sunday, to text me about my labs! Thank you again for being one of the only providers I spoke to/seen in the last 2 weeks that actually took me seriously and my concerns!“
