“Compassionate nurses care for those whose health conditions depend on regular infusions to get back toward a “normal.” The facility is designed well - entertained at a door near the service you need, meticulously cleaned and a few vending machines to get you through. Plenty of parking and beautifully landscaped.”
“First appointment- thumb not working so a referral from fam doc.
Arrived at 355 for 4 pm appt. Filled out paperwork and answered 6 million questions by most friendly, fun intake lady. Sent to x-ray. 3 or 4 xrays of hand / thumb area. Sent across the way to doctor waiting room. Inside the office, nurse asks 7 million Different questions (ugh #NewPatientsSUCK). Dr comes in, shows me xrays, tells me plan, answers my 47 questions, and fixes me right there right then!!!! Painless injections in joint knuckle w plenty of super fast numbing first. Left at 430!!!! 35 minutes from start to finish, paid, diagnosed, and repaired in half an hour!!!!
Dr Eddy, and this office, is the most impressive medical team I have found since moving here 4 years ago!!!!
#thankful”
“I honestly cannot say enough about Dr. West and his employees! One of the best experiences I've had with healthcare! I felt that every employee cared about my health, and showed me compassion. They definitely want to get to the root of the problem and not just put a Band-Aid on your pain.”
