NP Emeri Kinnamon was my provider yesterday and she was by far, one of the best providers I’ve seen at a walk in/urgent care for a long time. She actually took my concerns and (illness? 😂 ulcers?) very very seriously. She gave me not only healing care but future care and what to do if this happens again. She even went the extra mile and ordered labs. She gave me 2 topical steroids just to make sure she covered everything and to top it off, she gave me a liquid one to take after my condition was cleared just as a preventative. We were driving through Huntington on the way to Detroit for Christmas when my five year old son suddenly started crying of ear pain. This clinic had compassionate and efficient check in staff, 5 minute wait, and a friendly and professional medical assistant. His dr. Diagnosed him with an outer ear infection and answered my questions about ear drops. They gave us Tylenol so he could get relief asap. The Kroger pharmacy next door got us our drops, and we were allowed to go back into the clinic to their triage room to administer the drops as there was no room in our van for him to lie down. Couldn’t ask for anything better. 5 stars
I saw reviews 5 star or star. I just went there for extreme pain in left hip and left leg. After several xrays it was diagnosed as Bursitis. Sarah gave me a Cordisone shot. Everyone was very, very nice and professional. I wish I could give them 6 stars. Glenn
