My stepfather is supposed to get nursing service to change bandages seven days a week and this place is a joke! They are only coming three days a week and the last time refused to change the bandages!! They told me that I would have to change them the days that they don't come because I was deemed competent, it doesn't matter that I'm not physically capable. If these people can't do the seven days, they should get another company to fill in instead of just letting my stepfather suffer.

This is another agency who's doing great things to help as many homes in the community as they can reach, with the few hands they have.3 times weekly for wounds is common.Daily wound care visits are undesired by any home healthcare agency.That's an administrative call, not a reflection of the quality of work, or the heart behind it.-R.N.
