Absolute great company to work for. Great girls in the office, and all the caregivers that give help to the clients. It's about caring for people that need our help when they don't have someone for them. Can develop a great relationship with clients. And the help is appreciated. You don't need a medical background, but it helps. But having the care and compassion helps. And it's rewarding!!
I love my client and the office staff. They are the reason I'm still with the company. I have worked for the company for almost 9 years and have absolutely nothing to show for it. I can't even get a cost of living raise. Twenty cents a year is a slap in the face.
