Perseponko came out and gave me a quote to paint my shed and house. They did just what they said they would do and the price was more than fair. The team that came out had to work around my trees and the weather, but did an amazing job. The whole time they stayed polite, professional and did exactly as my wife and I asked. H&R upgraded our home to 6" gutters and downspouts, along with leaf screens. They did an excellent job and eliminated some problem area's with my old system. Their experience and good work ethis resulted in a beautiful upgrade to our home.I would highly recommend H&R for any gutter issues.
My home burned down last November so I called Trident Restoration and it was as the best decision I ever made. Nick is one of the best and nicest people I’ve ever met. The people who work at Trident are equally as kind. The work they did on my home was nothing short of amazing. I don’t know if anyone else would have been able to rebuild it. If they sub contract anything make sure you ask for Lee. He has years of experience and can fix anything. I Highly recommend calling Trident Restoration if you’re ever in trouble.

I have been going to the Hair District for five years. Since the beginning of the year, their name has been changed to the Beauty District. One of the eyelash techs bought the salon and put four eyelash tables in the front of the salon where the hairdresser stations were. The hairdressers have been moved to the back. There is one sink for them to use, which may be an inconvenience. I am not someone who wants my eyelashes done, because I don't need to, and it's very expensive. The new owner plans to add other services later. I still go to my same hairdresser for my hair and nails, and she does a great job.
I always have Harley cut my hair and she nails it Everytime. I get a bald fade with a slight variation every now and then and she gets it done much better than the competition. Couldn't ask for a better haircut, well worth the visit and pleasant atmosphere.
Ive been going to Morgan for lashes for 6 years now. Met the first time and never looked back. She always does an amazing job and I leave feeling amazing! 12/10 Definitely Recommend

I got my hair trim by lissa, she did amazing job i love it from now on she will be my hair stylist.
Pros: Friendly owners, conveniently located on Richmond’s west side! I tanned in the highest level bed (Classic Extreme) for about $60 a month (tanning twice a week) at the time. The beds are fairly well maintained and the bulbs are changed often. The lotions are priced very well. Some designer lotions were less than $50 a bottle!
Cons: There isn’t much of a difference in the pricing at this salon vs. a chain tanning salon. I only saved about $10 a month. I noticed the salon was closed on federal holidays, like MLK Day. There are currently no weekend hours. You can currently schedule an appointment on Saturday but if something comes up and you can’t make the appointment, you could be charged a session. These are understandable from a small business perspective but may not be ideal for some customers.
Finally, the customer is responsible for cleaning the bed after each use. I’ve experienced first hand that some customers don’t clean it very well or don’t clean it at all. I personally feel like it’s the responsibility of the business to clean it after each use to ensure the bed is clean and ready for the next customer.

Tin at Elite Nails is extremely nice and does such a phenomenal job every time u go in. He somehow always exceeds my expectations, and is always extremely gentle and detail oriented. You’re really missing out if you don’t have him as your nail tech. And it’s worth mentioning, I work on cars both during my 9-5 and at night, I’ve never had a nail break on me, and they always hold up so nice! Me and my daughter got our nails done by Adrianna. They are gorgeous nails and she is a very talented nail tech/ artist, one of the best nail designers in town for sure. My only cons are both my daughter and I wanted rounded nails and specifically asked not to have almonds nails and when she shaved down my nail and asked if it was fine, it was already extremely short and 100% almond shaped so there wasn't anything I could do anyways so I just told her it was fine but we were disappointed with the shape a little bit. Also 2 of my nails were hurting until they came off because they were pointing upwards on my nail it hurt and looked very odd. It also costs $45 for refills when other places do them for $30. Worth going and will still recommend but I probably wouldn't get them shaped next time

Sandy was very professional and sanitary with my wax, she made sure to get every last hair, and her wax was painless compared to other places I have been. I was working and got off late and she was able to fit me in very last minute. Sandy was super friendly and talked me through the process also telling me what she was doing. Overall absolutely loved my experience and will definitely keep coming back. Highly recommend coming here for all of your waxing needs!!

Run don't walk to see Gary at Hardline Tattoo. I walked into his shop with an idea of so many things I wanted wrapped into 1 tattoo. He was so kind and didn't bat an eye on designing one for me. I told him I wanted a Winnie the pooh wearing an Ohio state shirt for the birth of my 1st grandson, I wanted an Cardinal in memory of my kids dad,and yellow roses in memory of my granny. And y'all he did not disappoint. I attached a photo. This turned out so beautiful and definitely exceeded what was all racing through my mind. Gary is so laid back and you can tell he absolutely has a passion for the art! I could ramble on and on but go see for yourself! Gary if you read this thank you again from the bottom of my heart. You rock! And I will definitely be going back!

Schwab's crew did an amazing job unclogging our toilet. We have toddlers and one of them put a toy car as well as a pair of sunglasses into the toilet and flushed it?. Schwab made it to our house in less that 2 hours and had it fixed within the hour. They were friendly and very professional! The plumber was nice and polite. He worked efficiently. Not only did he install my new bathroom vanity and faucet but he disposed of the old one so I did not have to deal with it. Unfortunately I have a drain problem but they are sending someone out in 2 days to fix that, Will definately call them in future. And the price was the best I found among 3 competitors!!!

So grateful for Carpenter Electric of Richmond! The storm from Hurricane Helene caused a tree to hit our home and knocked our electric box completely off! They came over so quickly to get our box attached again. They were very kind and professional. I highly recommend them!
Rich and his team we're an amazing group of people! The pricing is right where it should be and the quality is top tier don't hesitate to give Hills Electric a call if you need any of the services they provide! They came out and dug a 35 foot trench and installed a 100amp sub panel and Tesla charger in my garage for me at my home all while there was 5 inches of snow on the ground they still got the job done in a timely manner! Theresa Woodruff lost to me in court. I did NOT tell her that it would be $140.00 - 150.00 to extract water from her basement, I did however say that it would be $150.00 an HOUR for the water extraction. We ended up working on the job for 8 hours and when she realized what it would cost her after finding out that her insurance wouldn't pay for it is when she decided she didn't want me to continue and wouldn't pay me.
I had a septic backup in my barn/ building and I called Barnhizer and Associates for help. They arrived within an hour and quickly assessed the situation. They were very professional and thorough in their work, and they restored the building to a clean and safe condition. I highly recommend them for any water, mold, or fire restoration needs. They are the best in the area!

I started coming to Dr Runnels a few years back for back pain. She definitely helped work out the pain back then. Recently came for an issue with my neck, pain level was 7-8/10. Been coming for weekly visits for 2 weeks and proud to say with the great help of Dr. Runnels that my pain is at a 0. She is incredible. Very professional and makes you feel welcome from the first visit. 10/10. Would recommend to any and everyone.

Only thing it was hard to hear over the loud barking and the nice lady at the front was super soft spoken so I had to keep asking her to repeat herself. Not a big deal, it doesn't take away from the service, but SPEAK UP please when Fido is shouting lol.
Very satisfied with the grooming. I asked for an estimated time when I dropped off my dog and she was super accurate with her estimated time (within like 10 minutes) which is awesome.
Ashley is an outstanding deep tissue massage therapist! She has a great sense for exactly where tension is and works through it with skill and care. I left feeling significantly better and more relaxed. Highly recommend Ashley if you’re looking for an effective deep tissue massage.
