I accedentally gave a bad review to the wrong synergy home care. I am sorry for the misunderstanding and mistake. Same name completely different logo and people in charge. I appreciate the understanding they gave me when I originally made the mistake. They were very understanding, when they had every right to be upset. For that I am grateful. I appreciate as well that they could sympathize with the situation with the other company. Shows the company cares. I can't say I've had other experiences with this company. Synergy is the place to work. They actually care about their clients an workers. Tom an Mindy are the owners an They are amazing people. They show their employees gratitude. I love working there. Lindsey is amazing also. This company is the best by far. We are here to help you with your loved one.
Caring for elderly parents who wish to remain at home is a challenging proposition. Synergy HomeCare in Richmond, Indiana made the task much less daunting. Josh provided not only great home care to my 92 and 91 year old parents, but warm companionship valued by my parents and me.The support staff was actively engaged with us during our need and highly responsive to any questions we had throughout our experience. I very highly recommend Synergy HomeCare to anyone needing short or long-term assistance with elderly care.
