I have to give a BIG shout out to Seth, Chase, Brad and Cash and any one of the guys I may have missed. Had major problems with my bathroom including water damage. All the gentlemen I dealt with were very kind, respectful and professional. Kept all appointments as scheduled and kept me informed every step of the way. They are now my "go to" plumbers and I would recommend them without hesitation! THANKS Roto Rooter!

Josh was extremely polite. A very hard worker very knowledgeable very patient when I had questions to be asked and he answered him very nicely. He is a big asset to your company and he’s very friendly and smiles. That’s very hard with the type of field that he’s in he did an excellent job, I’m very pleased

Great customer service. He explained everything he was doing and what it all meant. Very relatable and caring about the customer. Made sure customer was comfortable with everything and gave customer every option. 100% would recommend to everyone.
