Theresa Woodruff lost to me in court. I did NOT tell her that it would be $140.00 - 150.00 to extract water from her basement, I did however say that it would be $150.00 an HOUR for the water extraction. We ended up working on the job for 8 hours and when she realized what it would cost her after finding out that her insurance wouldn't pay for it is when she decided she didn't want me to continue and wouldn't pay me.
I recently used Beach Carpet Cleaning for pet stains and normal wear on light colored carpet. WOW! Bob showed me the difference during the process and the way the carpet was "restored" was unbelievable. I knew there were pet stains, but the difference in the color of the entire room impressed me. It looked like new! Not to mention, the smell was gone! The difference between normal cleaning and the cleaning and sterilizing that Beach offers made all the difference. The price was very reasonable. I would recommend Beach to anyone and will absolutely be using his services again.
I hired Bob back in 2005 when we bought our first home. We got a puppy and everyone knows how hard they can be on carpet. Bob was so nice, professional, and quick to respond when we needed him. Fast forward to 2019 and we STILL use and recommend his services. His prices are always fair, does an excellent job getting our carpet back to new, and quick to get to us when we need him. I will always try and support small businesses, especially when they’re quality, trustworthy, and personable.
