Bobby, Lisa, and Pam are fantastic people! Really friendly and very knowledgeable about mowers! I brought my mower in for some issues and Bobby had it fixed up dang near the same day! But instead of fixing the obvious problem and giving it right back, he chose to hold on to the mower to give it a really good and thorough look over. He ended up correcting a few manufacturer errors. Amazing folks at this place. I was struggling yo get manufacturing warranty Information about my new Bad Boy zero turn and Lisa ( owner ) and Pam did an amazing job researching it and made it all happen. It would have been probably $600 out of my pocket but with their help it cost me $0. Thank you so much for your professionalism and knowledge. Also Bobby did the repairs and did a amazing job. Bobby also inspected the mower before any work was done and they called me several times to update me as they went through this entire process. I am very thankful for the help they provided.
