“Kenny, owner of Upright Construction, has done 2 home repair, both fairly complicated. Most recently I asked him to replace a water-damaged exterior trim board over the garage door, (about a 3 hour job) but once the trim was removed, we discovered the header also had water damage, and that is very unsafe situation. He took on the project which was a major job. I looked it up on reddit and all the posts went on about how tricky and difficult this job is. Kenny and Jason got the materials, got to work and after a poring rain the next day completed the job. When it was done I looked up average cost for this job. I am grateful that his rate was affordable for this newly retired person. Not chatty, does not wase time and gets it done.“
