“I had an emergency issue on 8/2/26 around 5:30pm, my main breaker to my house tripped and I lost power. I tried resetting it three times but power just would not stay on. I called several so called “24 hour emergency” places and every one of them told me that the soonest they could get out to me was either Tuesday or Wednesday, and one company didn’t even bother with a person to answer the phone, instead using an AI answering system and then when resorted to a text bot when I hung up, and that I found to be very unprofessional. I googled “electricians near me” and Ellis Electric was first result, I called and explained my situation to Pam over the phone and she said she would see if someone could come out immediately, and called back like 10 minutes later and said someone would be out in 20 minutes and said that after talking to some people, it shouldn’t be a hard fix. The workers came out, did what they had to do and were very friendly and courteous. I will be calling this company for all my electrical needs, which I will be needing in the near future. Highly recommend”
