I had an emergency issue on 8/2/26 around 5:30pm, my main breaker to my house tripped and I lost power. I tried resetting it three times but power just would not stay on. I called several so called “24 hour emergency” places and every one of them told me that the soonest they could get out to me was either Tuesday or Wednesday, and one company didn’t even bother with a person to answer the phone, instead using an AI answering system and then when resorted to a text bot when I hung up, and that I found to be very unprofessional. Very happy with Ellis. Had an electrical problem and they came out in two days and fixed our problem. Couldn't ask for better service. Dependable and they get the job done. Professional!!
I am a repeat customer. They are honest and fair. There is virtually nothing you can give them that is beyond their capabilities. The entire team is wonderful, especially Anthony and Pam in the office.
