Unbelievable, up front $3,000 out of pocket before insurance would kick in and I'd pay 10% after that. I couldn't afford that so canceled my appointments! Gouging, that's what they are doing! Go somewhere else.

This site used to be fantastic, and the trainers still are, but the absolute greed is out of control. They will nickel and dime you for every second you are there and will wrap hidden charges and fees into the "evaluations" without ever telling you how the billing breakdowns go. I could have been out of there in 30 minutes but instead stayed an hour and got charged triple what I should have. Hopefully your workplace offers ergonomic coaching so you don't get scammed like I did.

What they charge for OT should be illegal. It amounts to about $10 per MINUTE. They also charged over $200 to make a splint....for my finger. Complete price gouging. Would never use Community in the future.
