I recently had a family member who utilized the services of IRH. Her experience was beyond her expectations, the therapists were caring, supportive and extremely knowledgeable. The medical staff and their support staff were top notch in every way. Special kudos to Donella, Sarah, Abigail, and Bailey for their expertise and guidance to achieve her recovery goals. Highly recommended.
My overall experience was very good. Nursing staff excellent, caring, kind, especially Marianna and Evan. Evan took the time to explain different questions I or my daughter had especially about POST. He spent time updating my daughter when needed. Kelly is the absolute best physical therapist! She’s kind and encouraging non stop!And Leah is an excellent occupational therapist. She’s gently encouraging, took the time (as well as Kelly) to talk to me which definitely makes time go faster! Dr Cyr was exceptional. This place is fantastic. The staff is so attentive. The PT and OT staff get you ready for what you need when you leave. Katelyn and Heather were great as well as Nurse Julie. All the staff is above and beyond.
