About Community Home Health Services
Community Home Health Services is a business that provides in-home nursing care. One of their patients, who had a negative experience with them a few years ago, recently started using their services again and has had a positive experience. The nurses, including Ruth, Mary, Tara, and Ronaldo, are described as amazing and friendly. The patient has been dealing with multiple wounds, and the nurses from Community Home Health Services, along with the Advanced Wound Center at Community Hospital East, have been helping them improve. Another patient has had a great experience with the staff's friendliness and the cleanliness of the facilities. They wish there was a location closer to their home but still find the trip worth it for the service they receive. However, there have been issues with billing. One patient has had trouble with their payments being processed correctly and has had to follow up to get their account up to date. Despite this, the company was able to resolve the issue and the patient was satisfied with the service they received. However, there is a mention of billing issues again in January 2024, stating that the company has not filed with Medicare for three months. In summary, Community Home Health Services is a business that provides in-home nursing care with friendly and skilled nurses. However, there have been some issues with billing that have caused inconvenience for some patients. Despite this, the company has been able to resolve these issues and maintain a positive relationship with their patients.
I am grateful for this location as it was so much more convenient than going to another location. I will say it is a little weird walking in and no one is at the desk and someone just comes through the doors to the waiting area to ask you what you need. But overall the staff were nice and my consultation went well. I got my Cpap and was able to come back when I needed a new mask. Even returning my Cpap was easy.
Their Respiratory Therapists are absolutely wonderful and helpful, but when you order CPAP supplies, it’s an entirely different story.
Community has obviously outsourced their customer service department to some overseas company, and no one there can communicate effectively. They don’t listen to a word you say, so good luck trying to get them to answer any questions or address any concerns you may have.
Shame on Community for sending jobs overseas. They used to use local employees, but outsourcing is a lot cheaper (I’m sure they don’t want anything to affect their CEOs” salaries). They lost my business because of this. (If they hired local employees again...read full review
I really like to RT people, but the phone customer service are the most frustrating people to speak to. First of all, use people who speak english. They are obviously not listening to my answers and repetitively ask the same questions while talking over me when I try to answer. ONLY TO ASK THE SAME QUESTION FIVE MORE TIMES!!! It became painfully apparant they have a script they can not stray from, and have very little phone/customer skills. You can give them a paper to read from, but they have to know how to be proactive independently in a customer service role. For that...I give you a two! Shame on you Community for employing people without the tools to do the job!
