I did a review of this company a few years ago and in all honesty, I gave them 1 star.I had to start seeing Community Health at Home again in August 2023. I was very nervous since I didn't have much luck the last time, but I couldn't have been more wrong. I'm mainly working with three nurses (Ruth, Mary, and Tara). These women are not only amazing nurses but they are my three favorite humans. They have another nurse, Ronaldo, who is a hoot. We always bond about movies and TV series. This place is amazing. The staff is friendly it’s clean it’s relaxing I just wish they had another location closer to my house. Yes it is worth traveling the hour to get there to have a wonderful, relaxing service to clean out the lungs. Keep doing what you do.

They are still doing a poor job on billing. I Started with the first of November 2021. Just got a letter my account was behind. I have paid Nov. Dec. If 2021. Checks has cleared my bank. I sent a check for January the 1st of the month. Now they say that I own for both Jan and Feb. Again. If this is a spamle of what I have to look forward to, I will be replacing them very soon. Keep all bills and communication you have from them. Print your returned checks you send them. If they would turn me over to a collection, they can be sure to hear from my lawyer. Update.
