Not only is Dr. Brad amazing, but his staff go above and beyond to help us be successful in getting the exam done, being fitted for glasses, and just having a great experience. “I was helped by this location with eyeglasses at a time when my health insurance was completely failing me. Every contact I had with my insurance lead to absolutely no help and dead ends. The store manager (Syndey Braun) and her staff member that helps with insurance issues were able to find the resolution to the insurance holdup in very short order, and move my glasses claim forward when my own healthcare support failed to do so despite me spending an hour and 45 minutes on the phone trying to make that happen. I highly recommend this location. They go the extra mile.“
