They never answer the phone. Saturday only appointments & I’ve been waiting over 2 weeks now for my trial contact lenses to come in. After this fitting is done, I will not be returning.
Kristine was ABSOLUTELY AWFUL! Refused to give me a copy of my own contact lens prescription even though I was the one who brought it in to them, REFUSED to fill my insurance and REFUSED to fax my prescription to another eyecare doctor. She REFUSED to let me talk to her manager and was the rudest person I've ever dealt with! I will NEVER GO BACK!
Colleen was great! She's fairly new and sweet as can be. She needed guidance but Cyndi (the manager?) Was too busy helping the people that came AFTER us and would not stop to help for 5 mins. Colleen has to call other stores to get help. NOT a good manager!! Had to bite my tongue when Cyndi would walk by...but still sitting here. May unbite it soon.
