“We went out of town when our baby monitor alerted us to a high temp of 81° during a heatwave. We got back next day and called Complete Comfort and they came out within 2 hours. Our AC started working but they did a full inspection and said the next week was covered if anything happened. They’re very professional, upfront and honest. I trust them. We live in Yorktown for reference but they came so quick on a Friday I was impressed! Update: our fan ended up going out during the night and they came in the morning and fixed it. Quick friendly service, highly recommend.“

“you guys have come through for us in a really bad time. we had called another plumbing company who couldn't unclog our toilet or shower drain and quoted us $1,300 for septic pump and an outdoor pipe we didn't even have to the road and lied to us and left us without a working toilet. we booked and appointment that evening and you arrived the next morning early and unclogged our toilet and went and had the drain inspector come and give us a quote for the pipe under the tub and it was only $700. not one thing the other company quoted was actually what needed done. we will always call you in the future and you have made us extremely happy.“
