We own an older home that has a steam boiler. Our heating system needed quite a bit of specialized maintenance this last year to keep everything running well and Todd from Conatser is the only person I trust to work on it. Conatser is up front with their pricing, very professional and courteous, have always showed up on time, and communicate well about a job. I highly recommend Conatser Heating and Cooling!
Fast and reasonable service. Furnace blower was going out, Conatser showed up on time, quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. Tech was professional and knowledgeable. Same day service and they didn't try to upsell on replacing everything as so many HVAC companies try to do anymore.
We moved into our new house last fall and knew that we would have to replace our entire HVAC system at some point. I contacted AireServ and Peterman Brothers for quotes before Conatser. Roger came out and looked at our system, sent me a quote that evening, and less than a week later he and his team were out to replace my system. They beat AireServ's quote by over $8,000 and were $3,000 less than Peterman Brothers' quote. The unit ratings were exactly the same from the other two companies. Jeff and Roger arrived exactly on time both days of the install and were so polite and careful with the installation.
