“Recently had furnace problems over the weekend and had Goodberlet come out to check the furnace. The Furnace was found to have several issues and they provided us with a price for repairing equipment and a price for replacing equipment. With the age of our equipment we decided to go the route of replacement. Melanie is who came out and provided us with the pricing. She was very knowledgeable about the equipment being offered and offered us several different options in our price range.
