She was very perceptive and picked up on the type of carpet my wife was interested in (texture, soft), she also picked up on the fact that I was more concerned with prices. She was phenomenal in her knowledge of different types of flooring, carpet, padding, etc. as well as measurement needs. She was super friendly and not pushy at all.
