“Great service from start to finish! From the sales process with Matthew, to the project management with Mike, and the roofing crew on installation day, everything went smoothly and efficiently. The scheduler was also thorough, knowledgeable, and great to work with. Everyone was professional, responsive, and made the entire process easy. A truly top-notch business—I highly recommend them!”
“Great product at a great price. Super friendly people who give outstanding customer service. Skip any other source for your wood flooring needs and get it from these guys!”
“Great family business! They stand behind their work!!We stumbled across Artizan Flooring while driving through Plymouth and ended up using them for a whole house recarpet job a couple years ago. They are super to work with and very accommodative the whole way through. As it turned out, the carpet we chose did not wear well in our high traffic family room and began crushing and staining early on. When Artizan ran into trouble obtaining a warranty re-do on the job thru the manufacturer (which should have happened), Rick & Amber stood behind the product themselves and willingly recarpeted that part of our home without the support of the manufacturer!! They were so pleasant to work with and went out of their way to make sure we were pleased and would have good carpet for years to come. Highly recommend them!”
