“From out of town and needed to help my 98 year old grandma with her blinds. Although this is not a Chicago showroom, looks to have nice quality stuff.Only needed to get a bracket part and Bill took good care of me! He helped me with instruction and even gave me 1 part extra! The blind is up, mounted, and secure now!Most important part though is that my grandma is happy ☺️“
