“We couldn’t be more happy with our experience with Element Masters. Zach and Evan went above and beyond to make sure our new AC unit was installed correctly and that it worked properly. They were knowledgeable and didn’t mind explaining the installation process. They both were very respectful of our property inside and out. They cleaned up after they were finished with the installation. You couldn’t tell they were even here. Most of all they were on time!!! To say we were very satisfied with our total experience with Element Masters would be an understatement. We were ecstatic. Element Masters sell quality products at a fair price. We would be remiss if we didn’t mention Lee in this review. He was punctual and very helpful with the decision making process.And not pushy!!! Helped us figure out which unit would work best for our home.
