I really liked how kind and welcoming she seemed, and just because of her I would consider visiting this location again in the future. She was respectful, knowledgeable, and approachable- helping me pick which specific product I needed and even testing it with me.

Unfortunately the product I ended up liking did have messed up packaging (not the employees faults) and when we went to check out the employee on the register was playing on her phone and didn't greet us until we were standing literally right in front of her, which was a little disheartening. I understand that customer service sucks and the small talk isn't very thrilling, so I'm not angry or anything- she was nice once the conversation started. I just personally wouldn't have been standing at the only available register in view of customers on my phone, even on a slower day.“
