Michigan City location is closed or closes early many days of the week due to lack of employees. Most likely many of the employees are underpaid, as this location does not even stock the loadable haircut cards. I have noticed that this location trying to save money in every way possible even at the expense of its employees and customers. The reason it has two stars and not one, is because of the employees that do work there keeping this business afloat.

Best cut I've had for half of what I've been paying. My stylist takes such good care with my hair and seems to genuinely enjoy what she does. She definitely deserves to be paid more.

I go here for a haircut. They have a young lady by the name of Shelly who works there. A very outstanding job she did on me. Very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend her to anyone. If you ask me a person like her should be moving up in the ladder in this company. Either a huge raise or management. She takes control and knows her stuff. I edited this because I didn't know her full name. Shelly Yanke. I wish her all the best.
