“I've been taking my dogs to Smith Animal for the past year. Thankfully we haven't had any emergencies so it's been mainly preventative care and ear infections. The staff has always been great and Dr. Smith is always the Dr. we see. They have appointments that fill up pretty fast but I think they reserve some time for emergencies. How do I know this....because I had to make a really tough decision about my 18 year old cats on a Friday before a holiday weekend. I had originally planned to use from Home to Heaven but was unhappy with the communication. So on Friday morning I called Smith Animal and explained the situation. They said they had an emergency appointment they could fit me into. I arrived early...crying in my car while holding one of my cats. The staff came out to get me. Everyone was so compassionate as I bailed my eyes out in the room. The price was also over less than half the cost of the service I originally planned to use. Fast forward to today, a week later and the office sent me a handwritten condolences card.“

“I can't speak highly enough about our experience with Hanover Veterinary Hospital. Our girl had a ruptured oil gland, we're from SWFL & they got us in within hours for her to be examined. All of the staff are very kind, friendly & compassionate. We waited under 5mins before her examination began, the vet assistant was very sweet & informative. The Dr was a very sweet lady & who knew exactly what to do & the had the issue handled very quickly & with great care! Also I just received a call 24hrs later from them checking up on how Gracy was doing. As far as the bill went, they are very reasonable & it was much less than we anticipated on.
When we relocate back up here, Hanover Veterinary Hospital will be our vet!
