Maybe it's my pride, but I'm always hesitant to ask for help. I was having some issues with my outdoor spigot and tried for weeks to solve it. I would read articles, watch videos, go to a store to pick up a part, then return it because my house apparently has a spigot that nobody else on the internet has.After fighting with this for weeks, I learned of Leeps. I didn't know there was one in Lowell, but that's where I decided to try. I took a few parts from my spigot into the store to show them the issue I was having, and they immediately knew how to solve it. They went back, grabbed my part, and I was in and out in 2 minutes. My spigot no longer leaks and now I know I have somebody I can go to for plumbing questions rather than wasting all my time trying to figure it out myself.

My husband prefers a barber shop cut over a salon & we stumbled upon District of Art Hair Academy while at the nearby UPS. He walked in and said it was a very pleasant experience. The student barber/stylist was attentive to his needs and cut specifications. He was very happy with the final cut and the instructor directed the student with minor corrections. He said the gentlemen were both friendly & conversational. Price point was above average for a teaching experience but other than that an overall win!
