I visited Valvoline for an oil change and I was extremely impressed with the level of professionalism and efficiency displayed by the management and his team. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with a warm welcome and the manager made sure to personally oversee the service to ensure everything ran smoothly. The attention to detail and the dedication to customer satisfaction were truly outstanding. I highly recommend Valvoline not only for their top-notch services but also for their exceptional management team that goes above and beyond to make sure every customer has a positive experience. VALVOLINE INSTANT OIL CHANGE of Lowell, IN is conveniently located just North of the center of town on Main St. (or across from the Fire Department). I went in to have an oil change during the week so it wasn’t very busy this particular afternoon. The staff is young and courteous probably high school age. They were proficient & informative as well. The price-point is similar to other quick service oil places. The facility seemed to be orderly and clean for this type of place. My wait time was under 30 minutes and I do appreciate a job well performed and time saved. All in all a decent stop to have your car serviced.

Wonderful service! This was my first time receiving service at this location, but Valvoline never disappoints me wherever I go. Such polite, efficient technicians! I especially appreciate the print outs they give so I can keep an eye out on what needs to be done next and when to keep my car running smoothly.
