After changing the air filter on our furnace/AC system, my husband and I noticed the sound of dripping water coming through our cold air return vent. Our Google search led us to some troubleshooting procedures; and while the dripping did stop, we noticed some other things (small leak under the indoor unit while the air was running and lots of condensation) that warranted a closer look. We scheduled a service call, and Ben did a thorough inspection of our entire system. Thankfully, no repairs per se were needed, only a quick clearing of a clogged drain line coming out of the unit and a tweaking of the fan speed, which was causing a small build up of ice on the evaporator...read full review
Caesar did a great job! he walked me through the house and checked all my plumbing. He gave some great tips to update a couple of things that don't need a technician. He was pleasant and helpful. I appreciate the monthly subscription that means getting checkups on my HVAC and plumbing for peace of mind.
