My wife & I built a home with Granite Ridge Builders in 2023. This was the first home that we had ever built, so we went into the process uncertain and with a lot of questions. Right from the start, during the design process, they were extremely accommodating and were able to answer all of our questions. Our architectural designer (Lucian) was able to create the plans/layout for our home exactly how we imagined it & was extremely patient with us and all of our crazy questions/request. He was especially helpful while navigating the difficult process of adding all the desired features while staying within our budget.During the construction phase, we were assigned a project manager to work with us and all the contractors to ensure that all of our expectations were met. Im only able to attest to level of service provide by our project manager, Jess Rahm. But she was incredibly professional, friendly and extremely resourceful. Any concerns we had, regardless how trivial, was always addressed and resolved by her, and believe me, we called her.... a lot. I am certain that we were not the only project that she was supervising, but she certainly made us feel like our home was the only project she had going on at the time.We began the process of building our home in February of 2023 and moved into our new home in November of 2023. Having been in the home for almost six months now, we are still just as pleased from the day we moved in. A few small issues we have had since moving in have been promptly taken care of with out any questions. It really has been a tremendous pleasure to do business with a builder that not only treats you great during the build process, but also stands behind their work.Great work Granite Ridge Builders, I wish I could give you more than five stars!
Leatherman Electric installed a 24KW Generac standby generator and transfer switch on our property last year. Matt was competitive with labor costs and his quality was top-notch. Since the install, the generator has performed perfectly and served its purpose during several power outages. It was definitely worth the investment. I had the best experience today for my appointment! I was immediately offered a comfort menu which allowed me to have a blanket and pillow during my procedure. Kimary was amazing, explaining everything step by step while Dr Troyer was so awesome & accommodating by making sure I was comfortable & okay throughout the entire appointment.
