Kozon finished the job and ensured previous plumber's work was in order. Wonderful customer service from start to finish. Our water heater needed a valve replaced and was leaking water. They called at 8:00 AM, the plumber came at 8:40 and it was fixed by 9:05. The plumber communicated about what to expect and was very nice. They appreciated him wearing booties in their house. We arrived at our summer home to open up and clean to find no hot water…called Kozons, our service company for the past 20 years, and they were out that same morning and resolved the issue. Their expertise and kindness is amazing!
The communication with Kozon was excellent. They were knowledgeable and professional. I live in Indianapolis and they worked around my schedule for the repairs I needed. There tech showed up 10 minutes early and was in and out quicker than expected. Nothing but great service.
