Would have given more than 5 stars if possible. My furnace died sometime during the night and we woke up to an inside temperature of 56 degrees and an outside temp of 30 with temps in the teens forecasted for the next night. We are talking Christmas weekend 2020 We called several hvac repair listings and left messages. The only person who returned my calls was Dave Walston. He had other outages to respond to but said he would add me to his list and be here as soon as possible. He asked me to call him if any other company was able to respond earlier than he could so that I could get heat as soon as possible.
