“I had an issue with replacing my Rinnai tankless water heater and gave Sam a call. He had me send him a photo, and walked me through how to uninstall the old unit over the phone. He didn’t have to do this but took the time…and I was able to get the old unit out on my own. It says a lot about someone’s integrity when they’re giving advice without a charge. If I have any future issues I’ll be using May Plumbing! Forget the big guys, they can’t touch the personal service that Sam and May Plumbing provided.“

I wanted to see if my warranty company would cover anything, so I didn't proceed with the services at that time. After the warranty company tech was unable to clear the main line clog, I called them back. James came to the rescue after hours and was able to fix the issue in 1 hour. “These folks are terrific. They do quality work, they are very kind, and they don't try to upsell you. They also try to get to your house right away to fix the issue. Mr. Handyman charges for a block of time, not per project. As far as stretching your dollar, you're better off hiring them to do two or three projects that they can fit in a certain window of time rather than just one project because the price might be the same. I've been doing a few home repairs recently and I've run into some businesses that were interested in upselling me or taking advantage of my situation. The people at Mr. Handyman have high character and were simply interested in helping me out. They were great to work with.“
