We had Kurt from Henderson out to our house to assess a leaking hot water heater. He arrived perfectly on time, to the minute! Kurt quickly assessed our issues and provided some options. We decided to go with a total replacement since our existing hot water heater was old. He was able to make the repair on the exact same day. Kurt was delightful the entire time he was in our home and he was very kind to our three pets and one dog. I would definitely use them again for a future plumbing emergency. I'm just praying that I don't have one for a very long time!

Kurt was on time, went straight to work & unclogged my kitchen sink. Thank you so much the timely appointment - I thought for sure with all the crazy weather & rain in our area it would be several days.

He was very conscientious about not causing any damage during the process. He returned when we noticed a vibrating noise, trouble shooted the problem quickly and made the necessary repairs to… read full review
