We found our water heater leaking on a Fri evening at 5:30p the night before we planned to leave town for our daughter’s graduation. Brennen was on-call, returned our call right away and offered to take care of us that evening so we wouldn’t have to leave town worrying about a possible flooded basement or delay our departure. He was exceptionally professional, kind, experienced, knowledgeable and hard working. He removed and replaced our water heater and was finished by 10pm. I wanted to replace my garbage disposal and install a new kitchen faucet. Henderson had previously installed a new sump pump and back-up for me, so I gave them a call and they were able to give me an appointment two days later. Josh arrived punctually and did a great job removing the old and installing the new. He cleaned up meticulously and took the old items with him when he left. Everything looks perfect. I’ll be happy to call on Henderson again!
